We are looking for an experienced Talent, Resource & Recruitment Manager to work within our growing business, delivering high-quality solutions to our global eCommerce clients.

The ideal candidate will lead Unipro’s efforts to attract, train and keep the best employees to meet the Company’s strategic objectives.

The role will encompass three distinct and fundamental elements: Talent Management, Resource Management and Recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing programs for performance management, leadership development, employee assessment and succession planning
  • Working closely with the leadership team and Human resources department to:
  • identify training needs and creating strategic solutions for improving skills across the company
  • Using workforce planning information to identify critical talent requirements
  • Chairing the weekly resource meetings
  • Reviewing the resource requirements in the sales pipeline and assessing the overall picture of capabilities and capacities required.
  • Owning the efficient and effective actions that need to be taken to address gaps in the resource available to meet client requirements on time – to include recruitment of contractors or new permanent staff, in line with available budget
  • Owning, improving and executing the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Support the retention and accelerated progression of those capable of excelling, to include measuring the effectiveness of all learning and development programs
  • Develop, deliver and evaluate training programmes
  • Develop, agree and implement a continually improving approach to resource management
  • End-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Continuously improve the current recruitment and resourcing strategy, by creating innovative sourcing strategies
  • Liaising with managers and Human resources to understand their recruitment needs and internal replacement opportunities
  • Maintaining a supportive relationship with talent through the probation period

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in resource management, organisational development and talent development
  • Excellent interpersonal and operational management coaching skills
  • Working collaboratively within the business
  • The ability to collect, gather, and analyse data
  • Delivery of employee development programmes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong planning, organisational development and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Recruitment experience, including managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
  • Ability to work on own initiative and confident to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Commerciality - Appreciates the commercial aspect of decisions
